2. How is this different from a regular online store?
Unlike a traditional store, each item is created and shipped by an individual crafter. You're not just buying a product—you’re supporting a person and their craft.
3. How do I place an order?
Simply browse items, add them to your cart, and check out. If your cart includes items from multiple crafters, each will fulfill their portion of the order.
4. Can I buy items from multiple crafters in one order?
Yes! You can purchase from multiple crafters in a single checkout. Each crafter will ship their items separately.

5. When will my order ship?
Each crafter sets their own processing and shipping times. You’ll see estimated timelines on the product page and in your order details.
6. How do I track my order?
Once your item ships, the crafter will provide tracking information, which will be available in your account.
7. What if my item doesn’t arrive or arrives damaged?
You’re protected by our CraftMakers Confidence Guarantee. Contact the crafter first, and if needed, we’ll step in to help resolve the issue.
8. Can I return or cancel my order?
Orders can typically be canceled within 24 hours if they haven’t shipped. Returns and refunds depend on the situation— please see our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.
9. Why does my item look slightly different than the photos?
Because items are handmade, small variations are normal and part of what makes each piece unique.
10. How do I contact a crafter?
You can message the crafter directly through your order page or their profile.

The CraftMakers Club is a monthly membership that allows you to support your favorite crafters on an ongoing basis.
14. How do crafter contributions work?
You can choose which crafters receive a portion of your monthly membership. It’s a great way to consistently support creators you love.

15. How do I become a crafter on CraftMakers.org?
Sign up for a crafter account, provide your business details, and agree to the crafter terms. Once approved, you can start listing items.
16. How do I get paid?
Payments are processed through our secure payment system and are distributed to crafters according to our payout schedule.
17. When do I receive my funds?
Funds are typically released after order completion and within the defined payout window (e.g., up to 30 days).
18. Who handles shipping?
Crafters are responsible for packaging and shipping their own items.
19. What fees does CraftMakers charge?
We charge a small platform fee to help operate and grow the marketplace. Please refer to our Fees page for detailed information.
20. What happens if there is a dispute?
We encourage crafters and customers to resolve issues directly. If needed, CraftMakers will step in to help ensure a fair outcome.
